Role Overview
SwiftKlean Laundry & Cleaning Services was looking for a proactive and self-driven Operations & Management Trainee to join our growing team in Mbarara. The role involved supporting day-to-day operations, business planning, administration, coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- •Supporting day-to-day laundry and cleaning operations.
- •Business planning, administration, and team coordination.
- •Driving business development and client engagement initiatives.
- •Taking full responsibility for managing operations when required.
- •Gaining hands-on experience in running and growing a modern business.
The Ideal Candidate Was Required To Be
- •Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a course in a Business-related field.
- •Relevant academic documents (transcripts, degree/diploma certificates, or recommendation letters).
- •Proactive, self-driven, and responsible.
- •A good planner and problem-solver.
